| Bio: | I have been drawing all my life. I teach cartooning someplaces, I also do a large amount of work for a large interactive company. I recently helped promote the new $20 bill for the US Treasury. Here's what my book copy tends to say: Tom Hart was born in Kingston, NY and has been drawing cartoons since tracing that weird picture of Charlie Brown's head sticking out of the tube of toothpaste in the second grade. Tom's won a 1994 Xeric grant for his book, "Hutch Owen's Working Hard", featuring his charming but surly antagonistic street "bum". A book of Hutch Owen stories to date was by Top Shelf Productions in 2001. His non-Hutch material includes The Sands, Banks/Eubanks, New Hat and countless mini-comics. Tom Hart is the editor of serializer.net and is a founding memeber of Oubapo-america. Tom teaches cartooning in New York City where he lives with his fiancee and fellow cartoonist, Leela Corman.
